Live in the present and spend some time to plan your future. Regretting for a mistake made in past does not change anything in life. It only makes you feel heavy and unhappy. It is a very common practice of young generation that they are tech slave. This attitude not only makes you lazy, but also makes you look at the screen every now and then. Sticking to phones, tablets keeps you isolated from your surrounding. 9.Remember any good thing that happened to you throughout the day.
Once you start feeling stressed, every situation looks difficult to handle. The perception of studying a situation becomes negative. So to get over it, try to recall a good event, a good scene, any conversation that can boost your mind with positive energy. Keep on doing this on daily basis. After writing you will feel relaxed to some extent as if you have shared your problems with your friend. After few days, you may throw the papers without revising it into the dustbin - This will make you feel happy that you have dumped your problems from your life( Quite funny ).
